Meet Kristin Hooper

Kristin, a native Texan, was born and raised in Austin. Her mother and grandmother both worked as real estate agents and Kristin's grandfather (who owned a small-scale construction company) helped with the needed home improvements for their real estate listings. Kristin fondly remembers the time she spent as a little girl attending open houses hosted by her mother, which sparked her love for the real estate world. Kristin’s professional life started as a bank teller for Bank of America. Her professionalism, determination, dependability, and work ethic paid off and soon she was a Vice President with JP Morgan Chase. After spending just over a decade in the retail banking sector, Kristin knew something was missing. She felt a strong desire to pursue real estate and follow in her family's footsteps.

 

She knew the invaluable customer service skills she obtained from the banking sector, combined with her passion for real estate would make it a smooth and fun transition. Kristin has been a Realtor® in the Houston market for the past several years, with experience working in Houston, Austin, Waco, and surrounding towns. Kristin and her husband are also active real estate investors, with multiple remodeling projects throughout Houston and Waco, already under their belt. Relocating to the Waco area with her husband and three children to be closer to extended family, Kristin is excited to be part of the Coldwell Banker Apex team and help clients with any of their real estate needs.
