Meet Bill Munson

Bill Munson was born in Houston, Texas. He is happily married to Julie Munson for 33 years and counting with their 3 grown children. Bill has always been in the restaurant business and that is what brought their family to Waco in 1997. After one and half years of property searching, Bill opened the new growing concept of Texas Roadhouse in May of 1999. He was a very successful owner/operator as the Managing Partner where he ran a 6M+ business for 20 years. He treated his 150 employees as family, his motto was “you treat your employees right…they will in turn treat your guest right”. Bill is a supporter of his community and giving
back.

Bill is a professional scuba diver with the PADI organization as well as an underwater photographer. He also runs his own L.L.C. as a Bee farmer on his small apiary. Bill also enjoys hiking, and snow skiing in the mountains of Colorado. He is very involved with Renew Church of Waco. He loves serving others with a lot of years of participating in humanitarian projects, mission trips, and serving at the Salvation Army.

Bill offers knowledge in residential housing, “flipping” homes, and multi-acre property. Bill, with his wife Julie, would love to help and serve you.
