Meet Amanda Cunningham

Amanda Cunningham is a top producing real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors here in Waco, TX. Coldwell Banker Apex formally known as Jim Stewart Realtors has been the number one real estate company here in Waco for over 47 years. Amanda recently achieved the International President’s Elite award through Coldwell Banker making her a top sales professional in the network. Last year in 2018 she finished in the top 1% of all Waco agents. She is also a certified Global Luxury Specialist enabling her to market luxury homes globally and network with other luxury agents around the world. Her brokerage is the #1 Woman owned coldwell banker broker in the United States. 

 Amanda was born and raised in Waco, TX. Her grandparents started Northern and Nye printing here in Waco over 46 years ago. Her family was born and raised in Waco, as well as, her husband and his family. Her roots in Waco grow deep. Her husband Matthew Cunningham had a 10 yr. career with the Mclennan Co. Sheriffs Department and they have two adorable children. Their son Cade plays select baseball, is 8 yrs. old, and is in 2nd grade at South Bosque Elementary. Their daughter Cambrie, is in competitive cheer at HOT, is 5 yrs. old, and is in kindergarten at South Bosque Elementary. During her career she has served on the Total Resource Campaign, HOT fair and rodeo committee, Junior League of Waco, and China Spring ISD community council. She currently serves on the Midway Education Foundation Board, Waco Baylor Foundation board, is an ambassador for the Greater Hewitt Chamber, South Bosque PTA, and is very involved in the Waco community. Amanda has a series call the “254” promoting local businesses around Waco on her facebook page. She is honored to help raise money and awareness for the Family Abuse Center.
