My name is Alissa Cady, and I was raised here in the wonderful city of Waco, TX. I'm a proud Midway ISD Panther and Baylor University Bear, where I earned a BBA, focused on professional selling and operations management. My background encompassed 9 years of the restaurant industry, including management of multi-million sales volumes, operations, marketing, and staff development.
I began my career with The Greater Hewitt Chamber of Commerce as a Marketing Coordinator in August 2010. In June 2011, I accepted the Executive Director position, where I continue to serve our businesses and meet community needs. Community involvement includes The Women of Waco, Hewitt Kiwanis Club, Hewitt Lions Club, McLennan County Chamber Alliance, Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives, Midway Momentum, Ambassador, Facilities Study Committees, and South Bosque Elementary PTA VP of Fundraising. Recognition from experience includes nominations for The Greater Waco Chamber’s Athena Award in November 2018, Greater Waco Chamber’s Waco Under 40 in May 2019, and received the Friend of Midway award in May 2019.
My children and I are members at First Methodist Waco and enjoy the beach, D1 Waco, game nights, shopping local, and anything outdoors. In my spare time, I coach my daughter Kennedy's competitive cheer team at Heart of Texas, change my hair color, enjoy spa days with my girlfriends, and watch my boys' baseball and football games. My crew, Christian, Knox, and Kennedy keep me on my toes! Inspiring others, empowering women, and providing wisdom to our youth are a few passions of mine. I'm beyond excited and blessed to be a part of the Coldwell Banker APEX family, alongside my cousin, Amanda Cunningham, and The Global Group! As this journey begins, I look forward to receiving the opportunity to serve your friends and family in Real Estate!
